Cancellation Policy:
~ 4 days prior to arrival - 50% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ 2 days prior to arrival - 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Policy on Children Staying with Parents:
- Travelling with infants under 2 years old to remote islands is not recommended.
- Children of all ages are welcomed.
- Children 0-3 years - Free of Charge
- Children 4 years and over are charged AUD$20 per child.

Meet Ruben and Oceanie Neram, your hosts - or more surrogate parents - on this blissful magical island. These bungalows are actually owned by the island cooperative with Ruben and Oceanie being the nominated managers and ones who make sure that every international guest that steps foot here has the opportunity to experience a seventh heaven.
Ruben and Oceanie are oblivious to how the "outside" world lives and their sole objective is ensuring they welcome you into their world for as long as you desire.
Oceanie is usually the one cooking and tidying up the rooms with the assistance of her children, while Ruben - an official custodian of Aneityum history - loves to tell tales of Ni Vanuatu's history which has been passed down the generations from his forefathers.
